THE EXPERIENCE

What three days look like

Fireside Conversation

Intimate conversations with surprise guests from the worlds of consciousness, science, and contemplative practice.

Meditation & Breathwork

Guided practices to help you slow down, settle the mind, and drop beneath the noise.

Live Music

Evening performances from artists who understand sound as more than entertainment.

Movement & Somatic Practice

Gentle movement and embodied practices that reconnect you with your body.

Shared Meals & Connection

Organic meals, meaningful conversations, and a small community to journey alongside.

Wander & Wonder

Moments to wander, reflect, integrate, and simply be. And a few things we'd rather not spoil just yet. (:

WHY THIS EXISTS

A note from André

I’ve attended many retreats, seminars, and immersions over the years. And I’ve often found that self-help events do one or two things well, but lack the integral approach needed to create the conditions for lasting transformation.

This event will be unlike anything you’ve attended. I made a commitment to myself: if I was going to create a container for gathering in person, it had to truly serve the people in the room long after they’d gone back to their lives.

Three days isn’t much time, and this is the first multi-day event we’ve hosted. But we’re thinking through every detail of the experience so that you can simply show up and be held.

The itinerary is built around four pillars — our four C’s.

Connection — Connect with a community of sincere seekers, and remember you’re not walking the path alone.
Contemplation — Quiet the noise through meditation, breath work, and stillness. When you get quiet, what needs to be heard grows loud. This is where true insight is born.
Contribution — From that clarity, understand your values and reveal your dharma — so you can carry it back into your life and offer it to the world.
Celebration — Deep doesn’t have to mean heavy. Through live music, nourishing food, and shared joy, we remember that doing serious work doesn’t mean taking ourselves too seriously.

These unfold day by day:

The first day centers on connection — with each other, and with the land that holds us.
The second day turns toward contemplation: guided meditations, tea ceremonies, periods of silence, and a fireside chat and workshop on unearthing the patterns that hold you back.
The third day moves into dharma workshops led by me, and celebration alongside exquisite musicians.

There are parts of this experience I’ve chosen not to share here — because I want you to arrive unexpecting, trusting yourself and the container we’ve built.

It’s like if a meditation retreat, a music festival, and a summer camp had a baby.

Thank you for being part of my life through the podcast and the community. This is how we take it to the next level, together.

I’ll see you there <3
