Know Thyself,
but not by yourself.
Honest conversations, guided reflections | Sep 11-13, 2026
WHY THIS EXISTSA note from André
I’ve attended many retreats, seminars, and immersions over the years. And I’ve often found that self-help events do one or two things well, but lack the integral approach needed to create the conditions for lasting transformation.
This event will be unlike anything you’ve attended. I made a commitment to myself: if I was going to create a container for gathering in person, it had to truly serve the people in the room long after they’d gone back to their lives.
Three days isn’t much time, and this is the first multi-day event we’ve hosted. But we’re thinking through every detail of the experience so that you can simply show up and be held.
The itinerary is built around four pillars — our four C’s.
Connection — Connect with a community of sincere seekers, and remember you’re not walking the path alone.
Contemplation — Quiet the noise through meditation, breath work, and stillness. When you get quiet, what needs to be heard grows loud. This is where true insight is born.
Contribution — From that clarity, understand your values and reveal your dharma — so you can carry it back into your life and offer it to the world.
Celebration — Deep doesn’t have to mean heavy. Through live music, nourishing food, and shared joy, we remember that doing serious work doesn’t mean taking ourselves too seriously.
These unfold day by day:
The first day centers on connection — with each other, and with the land that holds us.
The second day turns toward contemplation: guided meditations, tea ceremonies, periods of silence, and a fireside chat and workshop on unearthing the patterns that hold you back.
The third day moves into dharma workshops led by me, and celebration alongside exquisite musicians.
There are parts of this experience I’ve chosen not to share here — because I want you to arrive unexpecting, trusting yourself and the container we’ve built.
It’s like if a meditation retreat, a music festival, and a summer camp had a baby.
Thank you for being part of my life through the podcast and the community. This is how we take it to the next level, together.
I’ll see you there <3
You’re not the only one who’s been waiting for this
-
“I had a sensation that I have never experienced before. I just felt the frequencies, the energies of everybody accumulate into one and empower each other, and I found that beautiful to experience. So thank you to everyone who's just present, just being.”
—Noah
-
“Your podcast has quickly turned into my favorite podcast... There's only so much we can do alone and in our head. but bringing it to real life with real people is where you really learn and grow as a human.”
—Jenny
-
“I don't know many people who think the way you and your guests do, and I don't know how to find people who do, but I desperately wish I had more like-minded, self-aware people to connect with.”
—Charlotte
-
“When I'm done watching it's almost like I want to just jump out of my skin and share it with someone, but then there is no one. This journey can become very lonely. If there could be a community for us to reflect, that would be so healing.”
—Melissa
-
“I've spent a lot of time searching for more clarity on who I am and what my purpose is… I also want to do things that make me uncomfortable and feel a bit of fear, and for me, this is exactly that. You can only foster so much growth in isolation and I can't wait to see what this in person experience holds.”
—Ryan
-
“Even though it's a podcast where I get to listen on my own, it still feels as if there is a whole community that I'm connected with. And honestly, that makes me feel like the world has so much more light in it just because all of these people exist.”
—Alexandra

QUESTIONSFAQ
-
Nope. You’re absolutely welcome whether you’ve listened to every episode or none at all. That said, listening to a few episodes beforehand can give you a feel for the tone of the conversations and the kind of community that gathers around Know Thyself. It’s less about being “caught up” and more about sensing the spirit of the space. Either way, you won’t feel behind. Just come curious.
-
Yes, come make new friends! Many people attend solo and often leave with meaningful connections. Our events are designed to make organic connection easier without forcing it.
-
No. Know Thyself is not religious and is not affiliated with any specific tradition or belief system.
We explore ideas from philosophy, psychology, science, and spiritual traditions — but we don’t promote dogma, ideology, or conversion to any worldview.
Our events are spaces for inquiry, reflection, and meaningful conversation. You don’t need to believe anything to attend. You don’t need to subscribe to a framework. You don’t need to identify as “spiritual.”
What we value is curiosity, discernment, humility, and openness.
-
You’ll be in good company.
Many people in the Know Thyself community are reflective, thoughtful, and more inwardly oriented. Our events are intentionally designed to allow space — not constant stimulation.
There are structured conversations, quiet moments, and opportunities to connect in ways that feel natural, not forced. You won’t be put on the spot. You won’t be pressured to perform socially.
At the same time, growth often lives just beyond the edge of our comfort zone. You’ll have gentle invitations to engage — not in a performative way, but in a way that expands you.
Come as you are. Participate at the level that feels right for you. And if you feel called to lean in a little more than usual, you’ll be supported in that too.
-
Our community is made up of thoughtful, growth-oriented individuals — entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, students, parents, skeptics, seekers. What unites them isn’t background. It’s curiosity.
People come because they care about understanding themselves more deeply and living with greater clarity and integrity.
